 Please turn in the Ministry Survey, Exit Evaluation, and the Church Copy page of the Spiritual Gifts Survey to our Discipleship Pastor, Craig Richardson, your Sunday School Small Group Leader, or mail it to FBC Summit/P.O. Box 100/Summit, MS 39666.
